The following user guide will walk you through the essential actions for the system and answer the most frequently asked questions. Choose a topic to skip to the appropriate section below. 

How do I find a training?

  1. To discover available trainings, workshops, and other learning opportunities log in to the UCO Learning Center at learningcenter.uco.edu.
  2. Click on the "Discover" icon to access a list of available courses.
  3. Find new and updated courses at the top of the page. 
  4. Use the search bar to find specific trainings quickly or to browse courses by subject.

How do I register for Instructor-Led Courses?

Instructor-led courses are courses with sessions that are held live (aka synchronously). These courses may be in person, on or off campus, or virtually using webinar software. View the course description and sign-up information to learn more about the session location and format.

  1. Open the Discover tool and locate the instructor-led course you wish to enroll in. 
  2. Click on the course title. 
  3. View the course description and click the "Enroll in Course" button to enroll. 
  4. Once enrolled in the selected course click on the “Open Course” button. Alternatively, once enrolled, you will find the course in your My Learning and My Courses widgets on the Learning Center homepage. 
  5. Under the upcoming events tab select the session you would like.
  6. Click on the “Register Here” link. 
  7. You will be redirected to sign in to Qualtrics for registration.
  8. Fill out your information and select the date/time. Then click “Confirm and Submit

How do I unenroll in Instructor-Led Courses?

  1. Open Discover and navigate to the course you want to unenroll from. Click on the course title. 
  2. Next to the “Open Course” button, find three dots button and click on them.
  3. Select the "Unenroll" option.  You will be redirected back to the home page.

How do I register and complete online courses?

  1. Open the Discover tool and locate the online course you wish to enroll in. 
  2. Click on the course title. 
  3. View the course description and click the "Enroll in Course" button to enroll. 
  4. Once enrolled in the selected course click on the “Open Course” button. Alternatively, once enrolled, you will find the course in your My Learning and My Courses widgets on the Learning Center homepage. 
  5. All topics within the training will be visible in the modules on the homepage or through the content tool. Click each one to complete the training.

How do I view my learning progress and/or print my transcript?

  1. The Awards section is a hub to track your accomplishments. You can find this icon at the top of your home page or within a course.
  2. Explore this area to see your progress and achievements.
  3. From the home page, click on the "Print Transcript" icon.
  4. A PDF version of your transcript will be automatically generated and downloaded to your computer.
  5. Open the PDF to view or print your achievements.
