Introduction

This article describes the steps to update the alternate email address for your UCO account. Your alternate email is used for emergencies and alerts (weather, threats, etc.)

How do I change my personal/alternate email? 

Personal / alternate emails may be changed online, in-person, or by email.

Online

In UCONNECT, locate the Additional Contact Info card, click the Central Alert: Keep your emergency information up-to-date link

Click Edit next to your Alternate Email to change it and click Save

Personal Info - UCO ID, Name, Email, Alternate Email, Contact Type

In Person

 If you have a UCO ID card or a government-issued photo ID with you, you can make in-person requests at the Broncho One Stop, located on the first floor (south side) of the Nigh University Center. 

Email

Users may request a change to their registered non-UCO email address by sending the request to registrar@uco.edu and include:

  • Photo ID
  • Former email address that you no longer have access to
  • Current email address you would like to use
  • Signature
