Learning Center Transcript & Certificate of Completion


Certificates of Completion are available for both in-person and online trainings tracked through the Learning Center. For a Certificate of Completion to be available one of two criteria must be met:

  • Employee has to be listed as an attendee of the in-person training and trainer must finalize attendance in the Learning Center;
  • Employee must successfully complete and pass the online test associated with online training.


1) Login to the Learning Center using your UCO username and password.
2) Once on the Learning Center main page, locate the Quick Links menu located on the left side of the screen.
3) Select the Learning Transcript link.

4) Once on the Learning Transcript page, all the training sessions an employee has attended in-person or has started and/or completed online appear on the page.
5) Locate the training for which a Certificate of Completion is needed and click on the blue arrow under the Actions section.
6) Once the blue arrow is selected a menu will appear. Select View CertificateLearning Transcript page

7) A new screen will pop-open displaying the Certificate of Completion.
8) From the Certificate of Completion page, learners have two options, both accessible via the Print icon located in the upper right side of the certificate:  A) Send the certificate to a local network printer for a paper copy or B) Save as PDF for a digital copy.
