Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI): Install the VMware Horizon Client for Android

To install and configure the VMware Horizon Client for Android OS, complete the following steps:

  1. Open Play Store
  2. Search for VMware Horizon Client and click the Install button.
  3. After the install is complete, click the Open button.
  4. Input vdi.uco.edu for the server address and click the Connect button
  5. Input UCO user name and password, then click the Login button.
  6. All virtual desktops to which the user is entitled display.  Click the desired virtual desktop to login to a virtual desktop.
  7. The virtual desktop will display and is ready to use.
