Login

The urls for Banner have changed as of March 17, 2026. Please be sure to update any saved urls for Banner pages to the new url.

On the login page, select "UCO - CAS - Login"
Ellucian Login page with 2 options: Ellucian Corp and UCO - CAS - Prod

Known Issues

An issue has been identified in Chrome and Edge (Firefox works normally) in which users will receive the error message "Authentication Failed. Problem in external authentication service." at login. Here are the steps to resolve this error:

  1. Enter this url in the browser:
    • Chrome Chrome://flags/#local-network-access-check
    • Edge Edge://flags/#local-network-access-check
  2. Select Disabled instead of Default
  3. Close the browser
  4. Reopen browser and the error is gone
