VPN Connectivity Issue or Disruption of Service

Service Overview 

AnyConnect makes it easy for UCO faculty and staff to connect to the UCO network from any location with an Internet connection by way of a VPN, or "Virtual Private Network." Once you install and open the AnyConnect software, just enter your UCO username and password to be connected and ready to work within minutes on this highly secure network.

Getting Started

There are three simple steps to get started:

  1. Download the software from the Central Tech Store Online.
  2. Install the software on your computer. 
  3. Login and start working.

The easy-to-follow VPN (Installation/Use) and Remote Desktop Guide will walk you through the installation and setup process.

Select the Request Assistance link for help with the process.

Select Report Service Disruption if you are having any issues logging in.
