Service Overview

UCO provides email services to all Faculty, Staff and Students. Often times, universities are targeted with phishing or spam messages in an attempt to gather faculty, staff or student information. Please use this form to report any suspected spam or phishing emails.

Examples of phishing emails are:

  • A request for information from an unknown source
  • An email with a link requesting you to put in your username or password
  • An email requesting a wire of money from someone you weren’t expecting

Getting Started

Current faculty, staff and students can report emails for review by submitting a request through the UCO Service Desk. Before submitting your request, please have the following information ready:

  • Email address spam was sent from
  • Email address spam was sent to
  • Your department
  • A copy of the email being reported
