Service Overview
The UCO Knowledge Base is a collection of knowledge articles consisting of links, videos, guides, tutorials and other various online resources. These resources are available to assist the UCO community in quickly and easily finding information to answer their questions anytime, anywhere. Use the search bar at the top right of the UCO Online Service Desk to search for an article. You can search the knowledge base by topic or keywords, share articles and even find additional articles related to your topic of interest.

Getting Started
All current UCO community members automatically receive access to the UCO Knowledge Base. Visit http://servicedesk.uco.edu and click Sign In to gain access to the entire Knowledge Base catalog.
