Service Overview
Transact Campus Inc. provides the infrastructure for UCO's electronic access control (EAC) system. EAC is part of the larger Transact Campus environment which includes event management as well as the University's dining plan management. This integrated ecosystem ensures that your UCO ID works to provide you the campus privileges to which you are entitled.

Getting Started
You can use this service link to request:
- Access to a particular UCO facility controlled with EAC. We will contact you further if additional permission or processes are required.
- Access to the University's EAC software to manage permissions for an area under your purview. Typically, building captains, or another appropriate designee have the ability to directly grant access or control door schedules for their own spaces.
- Consultation for installation of an EAC solution. We will contact you arrange a site visit and to develop a quote for the installation and maintenance of EAC in your building or space.
If you have need for a vendor (Coca Cola, Chartwells, etc.) or a visiting student (enrolled at another institution and performing research in your facility, for example) to have access to your facility, please follow the instructions on the appropriate form in the "Files" section of this page.
