Service Overview
Transact Campus Inc. provides the infrastructure for UCO's electronic access control (EAC) system. EAC is part of the larger Transact Campus environment which includes event management as well as the University's dining plan management. This integrated ecosystem ensures that your UCO ID works to provide you the campus privileges to which you are entitled.

Getting Started
Use this service request link to report a service disruption with EAC. A service disruption could include but not be limited to:
- Your UCO ID not granting access that it should
- A door or doors being locked/unlocked when they should not be
- Other malfunctions of door/locking hardware where EAC is installed on the door(s).
