When will payments be received for students who receive Chapter 33/33 TOE (Post-9/11) benefits?

Payments are received after the student is certified. We usually certify graduate students with VA benefits one month before the semester begins.

Depending on whether the certification is manually or automatically processed, payments are received within 4 weeks.
