Payment Plan Adjustments

When new charges or credits are posted to your student account, including authorized aid, your payment plan balance and monthly installment amounts will be adjusted automatically.

Timing of Adjustments

• 14 Days Prior to Payment Date: The next payment will be affected when adjustments are made 14 days prior to the payment date.
• On Payment Date: Changes made on the payment date will be calculated appropriately for future payments.

Redistribution of Balance

Any remaining balance will be redistributed between any remaining installments overnight.

Inquiring About Payment Plan Fees

If your account balance is paid in full with aid that disbursed after you set up your payment plan, you may email bursar@uco.edu to inquire about adjustment of the payment plan fees.
