How can I change or cancel a payment plan?

You can change your payment method but cannot change your plan during a semester

You cannot change or cancel your payment plan during a semester if you still have a balance. It is required for all students who carry a balance to be enrolled in a payment plan.

However, you can make changes to your payment method, but this process must be done at least one business day prior to your next scheduled installment due date.

To change your current payment method:

  • Step 1: Log into UCONNECT.
  • Step 2: Navigate to the Paying for School card and select Make a Bursar Payment.
  • Step 3: Click the Payment Plans button at the top of the page.
