What does it mean to be suspended from graduate studies?

A student will be placed on academic suspension if:

• The student’s cumulative graduate GPA falls below 2.00 in any semester; or
• the student fails to achieve the minimum graduate GPA standard while on probation. (please refer to Graduate Catalog under Academic Regulations=> Academic Probation and Suspension)
