Different survey platforms are provided for meeting the different needs on campus. Online forms and surveys are primarily supported by Qualtrics.com. UCO’s site-license provides a wide range of tools to meet your needs. Other IT-approved survey tools are available to UCO but are not supported or receive only limited support by the Office of Information Technology.
