Are you having trouble with UCO-owned hardware?  Support is available for a service disruptions involving hardware and devices.

Hardware devices include any physical peripherals that connect to your computer.  Examples of hardware devices include printers, label printers, scanners, monitors, cameras, keyboards/mice, etc.

What is a Service Disruption

Issues or service disruptions are when services are unavailable or a device has stopped working.

If your device is not functioning normally, a reboot can often solve many of the issues causing the malfunction.
