Email Service Disruption

Service Overview 

UCO provides email services to all Faculty, Staff and Students using Microsoft Office 365 and Google Gmail. Using this form you can request help with a disruption in their email service.

What is a Service Disruption

Issues or service disruptions are when email services are unavailable.   

Email service disruption includes but is not limited to:

• Unable to login to an existing email account
• Cannot send email
• Receiving an error after sending an email
