Service Overview
The UCO Data Center provides a location to store all university owned systems. The space is secured through both physical locks and alarms as well as video surveillance. Access to the space is as needed only. To gain a tour of the UCO Data Center, a formal request needs to be made at least 3 business days in advance to allow time for appropriate approvals. An IT team member will escort individuals that are needing access to their systems. The Data Center is maintained by the Infrastructure Operations team, with on-site generator and multiple air conditioning systems.
