Service Overview

The University has implemented a Video Surveillance System across campus.  Avigilon Control Center is the official UCO video surveillance management software used to view live / recorded video over your workstation. 

What is a Service Disruption?

Use this service request link to report a Video Surveillance issue or service disruption. Disruptions might include but not be limited to:

• Issues with your access to the Avigilon Control Center
• Discoloration in a camera feed
• A camera outage
• The need to re-aim a camera
