Service Overview

The ITSM Service provides the UCO Service Desk Portal (powered by TeamDynamix).  The UCO Service Desk Portal allows UCO Students, faculty, and staff to submit tickets for service disruption or to request support, self-service support with information contained in the knowledge base and to check on the status of tickets opened with the UCO Service Desk.

  • Ticket creation by customers.
  • Integrated email response interaction.
    • Appends email exchanges to the ticket.
  • Complete “Service Catalog” detailing what the OIT offers to the UCO Community.
  • Complete “Knowledge Base” to answer customer questions 24x7.

Getting Started

If you have a request to change the UCO Service Desk Portal, submit a ticket detailing your request and the ITSM team will get back with you as soon as possible.
