The UCO Office of Information Technology will be implementing a change to the Central Auth and Microsoft (Teams, Outlook, etc.) login processes. This change will not require any action on your part but you will briefly see a few images after you submit your password when logging into each of these systems. This change is a necessary step to prepare for further security improvements in the near future. The images you will see are documented in the steps below.
- The first image (DUO) appears after you submit your login information and should only be there for about one second before the login process continues automatically.
- The second image (Logging you in...) appears for only a small fraction of a second. Your web browser will automatically continue and direct you to the application you are seeking to access.
More information will be provided in the near future as we prepare for a phased deployment of Duo two-factor authentication to all UCO faculty and staff.
