I: Diagnosis
When diagnosing this issue, confirm that this is happening on more than one device. You will specifically see that on all devices that the customer will be completely missing the share screen option or the share entire screen button after clicking the "Share" button.

II: Resolution
In order to fix this issue when it's happening across all devices, you will need to sign into your Zoom account on Zoom.us, then follow these directions:
- Click your initials at the top right
- Click Preferences
- On the left pane, click Settings
- Click Meeting along the top line of options
- Scroll until you find Disable desktop screen sharing for meetings you host
- Make sure that the toggle is unchecked on that option

If this issue is happening only on one device, attempt signing out and signing back into Zoom. If this still does not resolve the issue, uninstall and reinstall Zoom.
