Q:  Why has my pay rate changed?

A:  Your pay rate may have increased (very) slightly due to the move to 2 decimal places for monthly and hourly rates compared to 6 decimal places.

Q:  How do I set my prefered pronoun/name in Paycom?

A:  Paycom does not use pronouns. We are working with Paycom to allow for nicknames in the new system.

Q:  Do I have to download the Paycom app?

A:  You don't have to - it's just an easy way to access your Self Service data (pay, time, benefits etc).

Q:  Why are we making this switch to Paycom?

A:  We recognized a need for a single front-facing HR system of record for the University. Paycom was selected via an RFP process.
