Equipment Checkout Service

The Office of Information Technology at UCO empowers your academic journey by providing access to essential technology you might need on the go. Our flexible technology lending service offers laptops, webcams, headsets, and A/V equipment to support your studies, presentations, and projects.

What is available?

  • Windows laptops: Borrow reliable laptops pre-loaded with essential software for coursework, research, and presentations.
  • Webcams and headsets: Enhance online communication and collaboration with high-quality audio and video tools.
  • A/V equipment: From portable PA systems and projectors to microphones and adapters, we have the equipment to elevate your presentations and events.

How to borrow:

  1. Choose your desired equipment type (laptop, webcam, headset, etc.)
  2. Sign in with your UCO credentials
  3. Submit your request

Note: Availability and loan periods vary for different equipment, and student requests may require prior approval by their faculty member or student organization advisor.

Equipment Loan Guidelines

  • Multimedia equipment is available for checkout to faculty, staff, and students.
  • Some equipment is only available to student organizations.
  • Equipment reservations should be made 3 days prior to pick up.
  • Reservations must be picked up and returned on time.
  • Borrowers will be held responsible for all loaned equipment. Fines for late, lost or damaged equipment will be enforced. For more information, please see the Multimedia Services Guidelines and Procedures.
