A “consortium agreement” is an agreement between two schools a student is attending at the same time. Only one school can process the student’s financial aid. The “home” school is where the student is earning their degree, and this is the school that will process the student’s financial aid based on the total hours between both schools. The “host” school is where the student is taking a few classes to transfer back to their “home” school.
To receive financial aid, you will need to:
- If UCO is the “home” institution, you will need to complete the Consortium Enrollment Agreement Form, attach the required documentation and signatures, and submit it to Broncho OneStop.
- Once all materials are received (such as: FAFSA, any other additional documents that we may request, if you are selected for verification) please allow 5-7 business days for us to complete your request.
- If UCO is the “host” institution, you will need to work with your “home” institution. Please contact that institution to get requirements.
- Once all materials are received please allow 5-7 business days for us to complete your request.
