Once financial aid has been accepted, you cannot change the action (such as: previously accepted but want to reduce). Only the Financial Aid Office can make changes to accepted aid. Please note that declining or reducing an aware offer can only occur if the award(s) have not already disbursed.
- Step 1: Go to the UCO Financial Aid Forms page of our website.
- Step 2: Complete the Award Adjustment Form. If reducing, please list the total revised amount you are requesting. You will complete a similar action for all other changes in financial aid.
