Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Requirements
Financial aid must monitor three academic components when determining a student’s academic eligibility for financial aid. Financial aid recipients must:
- Complete 67% of Attempted Credit Hours: Students must complete at least 67% of the credit hours they attempt (completion rate)[^i^].
- Maintain a Minimum 2.0 Cumulative GPA: A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 is required[^i^].
- Complete Program Within Maximum Timeframe: Students must complete their program of study within 150% of the program requirements[^i^].
Evaluation of SAP occurs at the end of each term once grades are posted[^i^].
