Outside scholarship checks and letters are sent to the Bursar’s Office by postal mail:

Once the Scholarship Office receives the payment from the source, the award will show on your award letter within 3 business days.
If the time frame has passed and you do not see an award, you will need to contact Broncho OneStop to confirm that the information has been received. If it is confirmed that the information has not been received, you will need to contact the Scholarship Donor to ensure that the information was sent.
