How do I request proof of enrollment?

  • For proof of enrollment for an upcoming semester (i.e. for scholarship purposes), please email onestop@uco.edu
  • For proof of enrollment for a current or past semester:
    • Online: Access by visiting the webpage Instantly Verify Student Credentials. To check the status of the request, please contact National Student Clearinghouse by visiting their website Contact Us.
    • In-Person at the Broncho OneStop, 124 Nigh University Center
    • IMPORTANT NOTE: Enrollment verification can only be provided after the full semester census date (after the second week of class for that term).

A third party can request proof of enrollment or degree verification by using the Degree Verify process through National Student Clearinghouse.
