Students may dispute a grade by completing and submitting the Academic Grade Appeals Packet. All appeals must be filed within the first four weeks of the next semester (fall, spring, and summer) immediately following the semester in which the appealed action occurred, with the exception of grades appealed for the spring semester. A spring appeal must be filed no later than 5:00pm, the Friday of the fourth week of the following semester. After preparing/gathering all of the required documents, all items in the packet and any supporting documentation must be saved in a zipped file and emailed to gradeappeals@uco.edu.
