In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, (FERPA) as amended, eligible students are entitled to access official educational records directly related to their collegiate experience, including the right of inspection and review.
For records kept in Enrollment Service, requests for access should be directed to Broncho OneStop by emailing OneStop@uco.edu or by visiting Broncho OneStop, located on UCO’s main campus in the Nigh University Center (NUC) room 124.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Documents submitted to the college cannot be released. For copies of these documents, you will need to contact the issuing institution.
- For example: If you request a copy of your immunization records submitted, we are unable to provide you with a copy. Please contact your healthcare provider to obtain your records.
