All diplomas are mailed directly to students 4-6 weeks following the verification of degree requirements. Summer graduates will not receive their diploma until the end of August/early September. Please note that any financial hold for an outstanding balance of $50 or more on your account will prevent us from mailing your diploma. Please email DegreeCertification@uco.edu once the balance has been paid to receive your diploma. Note that diplomas cannot be mailed to P.O. boxes or to county road addresses.
If you have recently moved, or plan to move before your diploma is mailed, please let us know to update your diploma mailing address. Changing your address with any other office (including changing it yourself in UCONNECT) may not change your diploma address for our purposes. Please email DegreeCertification@uco.edu to make any changes.
