I never received my refund check. What should I do?

Log into your UCONNECT account to verify that your mailing address is correct.

If you have already set up a refund preference with TouchNet:

  • Step 1: Log into UCONNECT.
  • Step 2: Locate the Paying for School card. 
  • Step 3: Select Make a Bursar Payment.
  • Step 4: Click the Refunds tab at the top of the page. You can view your refund history here.

If you have already confirmed that a check was mailed and it has been more than 10 business days, your refund may be delayed due to an incorrect address. If the address the check was mailed to is incorrect, log into UCONNECT and correct your address. Then, email bursar@uco.edu and request that the check be voided and reissued. There is a $10 void/reissue charge for all reissued checks.
