If your graduate certificate or transcript is issued by your school in a language other than English, yes. We require the official, original language documents in addition to an official (or certified) English translation. Please note that transcript evaluations done by WES, ECE, or another third-party evaluation service may not fulfill this requirement. We require an English translation of the full transcript.
