Students needing to submit their immunization records can email them directly to the Jackson College of Graduate Studies (gradcoll@uco.edu) or bring them in person to our office on the 4th floor of the Nigh University Center in Room 404.
Specific programs can request immunization records as part of their program and will notify you where documentation can be sent.
