Locked Account

What Locks an Account?

Accounts are locked after incorrect credentials have been entered too many times. 15 failed attempts within 15 minutes locks the account for 15 minutes.

The most common cause of a locked account is a saved expired password on a device (usually a cell phone connecting to wifi) that is trying to connect to a UCO system.

Lockouts will repeat continuously until the password is updated to the correct password.

Unlock Procedures

To unlock an account, please follow these instructions:

  1. Please check all of your devices (cell phones, tablets, computers, etc.) for saved passwords and log out of all UCO systems (Wi-Fi, UCONNECT, D2L, etc.) on all devices.
  2. Wait 15 minutes.
  3. After 15 minutes, log into UCO systems using your current password.
