Accruent EMS has been observed crashing when clicking specific buttons inside of the application. EMS will stay open, but nothing can be clicked, and you will have to use Task Manager to close it. In order to fix this issue, follow these steps:
1. Open EMS and sign in.
2. Before clicking anything else, click "Settings" along the top menu ribbon.
3. Under settings, click "Reset Window Coordinates".
4. A status message reporting that "Window coordinates successfully reset" should pop up.
