Introduction
If you're connecting to UCO's wifi for the first time or trying to get additional devices connected, the My Devices Portal makes the process simple and convenient. This tool lets you register up to seven personal devices, including game consoles, smart TVs, and other devices that don’t support browser-based logins. Once registered, these devices can connect to the "UCO" wifi without needing to sign in each time.
Once your device is registered at mydevices.uco.edu, you can immediately connect to the "UCO" wifi—just disconnect and reconnect your device to complete the setup.
Getting Started

Once your smartphone or computer is connected to the "UCO_Secure" wifi, you can register your game consoles, smart TVs, and other devices on the My Devices Portal.
My Devices Portal
NOTE: Safari is not a supported web browser for registering your device via the My Devices Portal.
The My Devices Portal only supports the following web browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox.
How to Register a Device
1. Connect your device to "UCO_Secure" wifi. |
2. Visit mydevices.uco.edu and log in with your UCO username and password. |
3. Click the Add button and enter the Device Name, Device ID, and Description:
- Device Name: A name you would like to give the device.
- Device ID: This is the MAC address on the device. If you need help locating the MAC Address, please follow the directions for finding a MAC Address.
- Description: A description you give to the device.

4. Click the Submit button. Your device will now be registered and appear in your device list. |
NOTE: Your device may say "Pending" on the status. This status still means your device is successfully registered and can now connect to the UCO wireless network.
How to Delete a Device
1. Connect your device to "UCO_Secure" wifi. |
2. Visit mydevices.uco.edu and log in with your UCO username and password. |
3. Select the check box next to the device. |
4. Click the Delete button. |
5. When the prompt "If you delete this device, you will remove it from your device list. This might take up to 2 minutes to complete. Do you wish to continue?" appears, click the Yes button to proceed. |
6. The device will be removed from your device list. |
How to Mark a Device as Lost or Stolen
1. Connect your device to "UCO_Secure" wifi. |
2. Visit mydevices.uco.edu and log in with your UCO username and password. |
3. Select the check box next to the device. |
4. Click the Lost or Stolen buttons. |
5. When the prompt "If you indicate that this device as lost, it will not have network access until you reinstate it. This might take up to 2 minutes to complete. Do you wish to continue?" appears, click the Yes button to proceed. |
6. The device will be restricted from using the wifi. |
7. If a device is Lost or Stolen, you may select the Lost or Stolen buttons to remove network access until the device is located. |
