Description
Students at UCO have one username and password which is referred to as your UCO account. This is what you will use to access systems across campus. The format is most commonly configured as your first initial then your last name and may be followed by a number.

Reset Your Password
Access Self Service Online
- You may create a new password online using the Self-Service Password Change utility
- Navigate to the Self-Service Password Change Utility
- Enter your UCO username or Student ID number
- Enter CAPTCHA text and select Search
- To have a password reset link sent to your registered non-UCO email address, select Send Reset Email. Please allow up to 15 minutes for the link to be delivered.
- Page should refresh and notify you that an email containing a password change link has been sent to your registered non-UCO email address. Please check for this email and follow the instructions inside it.
- Enter the new password in the 2 fields and select Change Password
Note: If you are not receiving the password change emails, please be sure to check your "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folders. If necessary, you can request that the non-UCO email address affiliated with your account be changed.
If you do not have access to your alternate email:
In-person requests must be made by the affected student and require a UCO ID card or government-issued photo ID. Visit Broncho OneStop on the first floor (south side) of the Nigh University Center for in-person requests.
Email requests may be sent to registrar@uco.edu with your:
- Signature
- Photo ID
- Former email address that you no longer have access to
- Current email address you would like to use
