Overview
The Multimedia Services team within the Office of Information Technology provides comprehensive AV planning, engineering, and integration support for academic, administrative, and event spaces across campus. Our services include needs assessment, system design, equipment specification, infrastructure coordination, and integration oversight to ensure all AV solutions meet university standards for performance, accessibility, and long term supportability.
Typical projects include classroom technology upgrades, conference room systems, specialty labs, digital signage, performance and event spaces, and athletic venues. Upon receiving a project request, our team partners with the requesting department to understand functional goals, evaluate existing conditions, develop a design proposal, and coordinate with facilities, IT, and external vendors as needed.
This request form helps us capture the project’s scope, time line, budget considerations, and unique operational needs so we can deliver a reliable, user-friendly AV solution aligned with university objectives and technology standards.

Additional notes:
- Audio-visual design and integration requests require a minimum of 2 weeks and in most cases 3-4 weeks for discovery, design, and quotation work to be completed.
- Clients are responsible for securing funding for these projects.
