University Communications offers personalized communications consultations to help campus entities develop clear, strategic messaging aligned with UCO’s brand and goals. Whether you're launching a new program, promoting an event or needing guidance on content strategy, our team is here to support you with expert insight and tailored recommendations.

Consultations may cover a range of topics including content development, storytelling strategy, messaging alignment, social media planning, email communication, visual branding and more.

Meetings can be scheduled virtually or in person and typically last 30–60 minutes. After the consultation, a follow-up summary and action plan may be provided upon request.

Service Fees of Additional Costs

There is no charge for communications consultations. However, some outcomes from the consultation, such as video, printing or advertising, may involve additional costs, which will be outlined before any work begins. All requests are evaluated based on staff availability and alignment with UCO’s strategic communication goals.
