Reset Your Password
- Go to the Self-Service Password Change Utility at https://studentreset.uco.edu/.
- Enter your UCO username or Student ID number (include the * or C at beginning).
- Select the checkbox next to "I'm not a robot" or enter the CAPTCHA text.
- Click on the Search button.
- Click the Send Reset Email button to receive a password reset link in your registered non-UCO email account. (Note: The link may take up to 15 minutes to be delivered.)
- The page should refresh and notify you that an email containing a password change link has been sent to your registered non-UCO email address.
- Once you receive the password reset email, click on the link provided in the email and follow the instructions to set a new password.
Note: If you do not receive the password change emails, please check your "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folders. If necessary, you can change the non-UCO email address affiliated with your account.
After changing your password, update all devices connected to the UCO system (Wifi, Email, UCONNECT, D2L, etc.) with your new password. Failed login attempts due to an old/incorrect password will result in your account being “locked.”
