Introduction
This article describes the steps needed to setup and update Microsoft account verification methods. This requires a non-UCO email address and a phone capable of receiving SMS text messages. These are used as a means of verifying your identity for account recovery when using the Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset Tool to change your account password or to unlock your account.
