Learning Center: Manager Dashboard

Introduction

The Learning Center provides UCO employees with a single place to find, complete, and track their professional development experiences. Within the Learning Center, individuals with supervision responsibilities will have access to the Manager Dashboard. This dashboard allows supervisors to see current progress on trainings assigned or enrolled in through the system. Help keep your employees on track to completing required training or assign additional learning opportunities to them through this highly requested tool! 

This article provides instructions for supervisors to access and navigate the Manager Dashboard within UCO's Learning Center. 

 

Learning Center: Manager Dashboard

  1. Log in to the UCO Learning Center at learningcenter.uco.edu using your UCO username and password. 
  2. From the navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Manager Dashboard icon. 
  3. Within the manager dashboard, you will see your direct reports under the "People" list.
    • Click on an individual's name to view their individual progress report. 
  4. The "Teams" section will allow you to see progress for individuals farther down the org chart and are listed by their supervisor's name. Click on the team name to see the team's reports. 
  5. To view employee progress by class, click on the Learning tab and then select the Course Title you wish to see.
     
    • This page will show you the progress and completion dates for each individual for that course. 
  6. To export the results of your team's learning, click on the Reports > Completion Report option in the Manager Dashboard. Please note, the exported report will only show information for those currently visible in the People list.
