Student Email Setup Instructions

Description

UCO students and alumni use Gmail as the official messaging system for university communication. Gmail provides essential features such as spam filtering, email processing, and storage within the @uco.edu domain.

Instructions

To access your UCO Gmail account:

  1. Go to the website gmail.uco.edu
  2. Use your UCO username and password to login. (These are the same credentials used for UCONNECT).
    Newly Admitted Students:
    • Newly admitted students first receive an acceptance email, which contains the username.
    • Within 24 hours after being admitted, you will receive another email to set your password. This email also includes your student ID number. (Please check spam/junk folders to locate these emails.)
