Background

What is an ESAF?

An ESAF (Employee Security Access Form) is a request, modify, or remove permissions for essential tools, files, applications, and systems needed for an employee at UCO.

NOTE: If Access to Banner is being requested, the supervisor needs to complete, sign, and submit the Banner Access Form (PDF). The supervisor can attach the completed form to the ticket.

How is an ESAF Created?

See Employee Security Access Form.
