  • Who can use Adobe Creative Cloud applications?

    • UCO faculty and staff can use any Adobe Creative Cloud application, concurrently, on up to 2 devices.  If logged into an Adobe Creative Cloud app on a 3rd machine, a user will be prompted to deactivate a license on one of the other devices.

    • Student Workers may also use Adobe Creative Cloud only for their UCO work-related activities.  Student workers must have an approved Student Worker UCO login account created to use the software.  If they already have a student worker account, they should be able to login to the Adobe Creative Cloud app with those account credentials.  Supervisors can request student worker login accounts via the Employee Security Access Form procedure. 

    • UCO students can access Adobe Creative Cloud applications only in labs and public computers where Adobe products have been pre-installed on the device by a technician.  UCO students use their UCO username and password to sign-in to use the applications

  • Why am I prompted to sign-in when launching an Adobe application?

  • How do I install new applications from Adobe Creative Cloud?
    • Faculty and Staff:
      • Search for and open the Adobe Creative Cloud application on your UCO-owned computer using the Windows or Mac search feature (Windows shown in the screenshot below):

      • Enter your UCO email address in the Creative Cloud Desktop Sign in screen:

      • When prompted, log in using your UCO username and password
      • Your Creative Cloud Desktop will show applications that are Installed and applications that are Available in your subscription.
      • Click the Install button on the app you want to install as in the screenshot below:

    • Students: The Adobe Creative Cloud apps listed below should be installed in your lab by default.  If not, ask your lab technician for assistance. 
       
  • How can I download Adobe software for personal use?
    • UCO does not currently provide an option for faculty and staff to purchase Adobe software for personal use, however, products can be purchased/downloaded directly from Adobe.com.
