Service Overview

Submitting an Employee Security Access Form (ESAF) request allows for the creation or modification of your UCO credentials. It allows for you to be authorized for UCO employee email, file shares, access to specialized systems to perform your job functions.

If your position requires access to Banner, you will need to submit the ESAF form AND attach the Banner Access PDF.
If you are a faculty member and require D2L access. That is received once the department lists you as the Instructor in Banner.

Getting Started

Complete the online ESAF.  Review the entire form to ensure all relevant and required fields have been completed, including required signatures.  Completed forms are to be completed electronically.

After July 1, 2021 emailed and paper forms will no longer be accepted by OIT. If you need assistance please call 405-974-2255.

Access to UCO IT systems and software must be requested via the Employee Security Access Form
Your UCO password must be changed every 180 days. Change your password anytime, but if 180 days have passed since the last change, you will be prompted to do so.
UCONNECT is the university portal for students, faculty and staff. Access to UCONNECT requires a UCO username and password.
