What is this service?

This service assists with any technical issues you may encounter while using the D2L learning management system. Our goal is to help you resolve problems quickly and effectively so you can continue your learning activities without interruption.

What types of problems are covered?

  • Access and login issues: Trouble logging in, password resets, account lockouts
  • Course navigation and content issues: Difficulty accessing course materials, missing assignments, errors in content display
  • Assessment issues: Problems submitting assignments, technical errors during quizzes or exams, grade discrepancies
  • Technical glitches: System errors, slow performance, unexpected behavior
  • Integration issues: Difficulties with external tools or resources linked to D2L

What is not covered?

  • Content-related questions: Questions about course content, assignments, or grading should be directed to your instructor.
  • Personal device issues: Problems with your personal computer, tablet, or smartphone that are not directly related to D2L functionality.
  • Training or tutorials: For general guidance on using D2L features, please refer to the available online resources or training materials.

How to request this service:

  • Online Support: Open a ticket through this self-service portal for prompt assistance 
  • Phone: Call the UCO Service Help Desk at 405-974-2255 and speak directly to a technician.
  • Chat: Click Here to chat with a technician. 
  • Walk-in Support: Visit the IT Support Center on the first floor of the Chambers Library or at the Tech Express in the Nigh University Center for in-person troubleshooting and advice.

What happens next?

  1. A technician will review your request and gather further information if needed.
  2. If possible, they will provide remote assistance to troubleshoot the issue.
  3. If remote assistance is unsuccessful, they may escalate the issue to the D2L support team for further investigation.
  4. You will be kept informed of the progress and any actions required on your part.
