Who can use Adobe Creative Cloud applications?
UCO faculty and staff can use any Adobe Creative Cloud application, concurrently, on up to 2 devices. If logged into an Adobe Creative Cloud app on a 3rd machine, a user will be prompted to deactivate a license on one of the other devices.
Student Workers may also use Adobe Creative Cloud only for their UCO work-related activities. Student workers must have an approved Student Worker UCO login account created to use the software. If they already have a student worker account, they should be able to login to the Adobe Creative Cloud app with those account credentials. Supervisors can request student worker login accounts via the Employee Security Access Form procedure.
UCO students can access Adobe Creative Cloud applications only in labs and public computers where Adobe products have been pre-installed on the device by a technician. UCO students use their UCO username and password to sign-in to use the applications
